A Point-to-Point T1 is a fixed dedicated circuit secured between 2 distinct nodes or stations, or the Point to Point T1 may be between two points in the same building, different parts of city, state or U.S. A point to point is totally transparent, so with a point to point line a remote location is physically connected to the network on the other side, as if being there. The line is delivered from demarcation point to demarcation point.
